MANDATORY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit of $50 is required via Stripe and will be sent in a separate email after checkout. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, your order will be canceled. The deposit is fully refundable if the rental is returned on time and undamaged.

LATE RETURNS & NON-RETURNS
A $50 per day late fee applies if the return label is not scanned by the carrier on or before the due date. Rentals not returned within 7 days after the due date will be charged the full retail value of the item.

RETURN SHIPPING A pre-paid return label is included and must be used to ensure proper tracking.

LEGAL AGREEMENT
By completing checkout, you agree to the CESSA Rental Agreement, including waiving the right to dispute charges for late returns, non-returns, or damages.
