How It Works: 

1. Reserve Your Rental - Add this item to your cart and complete checkout on our website.
2. Pay Your $50 Refundable Deposit – After checkout, you will receive a separate email from Stripe with a payment link to complete your mandatory security deposit. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, your entire order will be canceled. The deposit will be fully refunded if the rental is returned on time and undamaged.
3. Enjoy Your Rental! – Your item ships with a pre-paid return label for easy returns.
4. Return On Time – Ship back by the due date using the provided return label. A $50 per day late fee will be charged if the return label is not scanned by the carrier on or before the due date.
5. Get Your Deposit Back! – If the item is returned on time and in its original condition, your deposit will be refunded. If late or damaged, fees apply.

Local Pickup/Drop-Off – Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the pickup/drop-off location prior to your rental start date. Pickup and drop-off hours are between 9 AM and 10 PM PST.
